Court Order remains unpaid.

County Court Order dated 19 May 2026 marked unpaid

Payment deadline missed

2 DAYS AFTER the deadline.

On 19 May 2026, Deputy District Judge Smith made an Order in the County Court at Kingston-upon-Thames against EUI Limited trading as Admiral.

The Order records judgment for the Claimant in the sum of £3,271.24, plus costs of £851.22.

The Court ordered that those sums were to be paid by 4pm on 2nd June 2026.

As at Thursday 4th June 2026, two days after the Court deadline, payment has still not been received.

The Court Order remains unpaid. I will now take further steps to enforce the Order and protect my position.
